The rumor is this:
I think that you refer to eVayl. I don't see that as a huge problem. It's the same allways when two similar feats meet. Usually the one who get's to feat last benefits. If you can make it so that Kreoss feats first you lose all your upkeeps, but then it's your turn to feat and then Kreoss loses his upkeeps and you get to recast all of you own for free.Kreoss3's feat expires all enemy upkeeps and animi, then he gets to cast all his upkeeps for free
It's no more of a problem than purification normally is really, and there is a very simple solution, don't bring Vayl2 against Kreoss3. Also at least waiting to see what those upkeeps he's putting out for free probably a good idea before worrying to much about netdecking against him, as casters are more than just feats. Like if his defensive stats are awful, him using his feat might be similar to Sevy2 using his.
Vayl's Control Range is 2" bigger than Kreoss's, Vayl has more fury, Vayl has Purification permanently, Vayl has Insta Arc Node.
If Kreoss is close enough to use this feat, then he's close enough to Obliterate (Unless he has spell ward).
Yes, Kreoss3 might be a problem.
Then again, he might not.
I usually wait until I see the actual rules before drawing conclusions about how a model affects the game. All we have so far is an internet rumor about his Feat that may or may not be true.
I've thrown away my eVayl just in case this is true.
... and I never bought one, because I don't want to own a model that is probably useless after a new caster with a probably mean feat comes out![]()

Really depends on what his spell list is. Being a Cavalry Caster means his large base will require screening, or be subject to our numerous ranged options. Like Neutralyze said, Purification which can be cast turn after turn is probably something more threatening. By and large though, as Legion, I often feel like by the time its my opponent's turn to purge my upkeeps they've already served their purpose.
