Took out 4 nyss hunters with his bomb once. They'd run in to engage my highshields so they were nice and clumped

Can I get someone to clarify the Galleon's gun stats?
I've read several versions that conflict and would appreciate someone with the book confirming.

I'm quite fond of Hyperion really.
Trusting spoilers, its a d3 in each arc of sea dog deck gun shots. And a drag harpoon that, compared to the reaper, is +2" range and +3 POW.

This is assuming charging, and against a knocked down target with armor 20 (average d6 roll is a 3.5)
Freebooter: 14+14=28 14+10.5=25 for a total damage of 13
Nomad : 17+10.5=28 14+7=21 for a total damage of 9
