I've just realised:
Critical Decapitation that ignores Tough makes General Ossrum...
A Trollslayer.
Time to get my orange paint out.
Maybe he has a orange mowhawk under that helmet?![]()
Working on being able to field every merc teir 4 list.
Bah. Warlock, you fail for lack of imagination.
Let's see, a army that features lots of Tough models... why, that's Pirates! He's a PirateSlayer!
Enough waiting. We want WarmarmotsMercs & Minions sheet

I'm not really wowed by Ossrum. He does seem to have plenty of synergies, but nothing terribly amazing. F4E, Energizer and snipe impress me the most, and his feat is particularly good for Rhulic forces.
He's a generic army support caster like eIrusk, but with less focus, weaker models and a weaker feat. While I don't think he's a weak caster in general, I would have liked to see a Rhulic caster with a more focused role. ELylyth, pVlad, Mortenbra, eMadrak, Karchev, Terminus, Xerxis - these are casters with focused roles and/or specific strategies that are difficult to overcome. Their bag of tricks isn't very big, but the tricks they do have are incredibly strong and exciting. When it works, it REALLY works spectacularly, and it contributes to giving the caster an identity within the meta. I think Rhulic forces could benefit from having at least one highly specialized build that gives up the all-rounder tool-box safety to achieve something really unique and compelling.
