Default Huge Based Warlocks, Warlock Units, and More

Is there seriously no thread for this yet? I didn't see one....

    http://nqmagazine.wordpress.com/2012...s-staff-panel/

    Of note:
    1) I would assume this is incorrect, and the site of Jesus' crucifixion is not, in fact, in the IK. More importantly, Khador is getting magical light cavalry, and Cryx is getting a second light cav unit of Banes (probably Bane Knights).
    2) lLillith is huge-based. I hope people following the Karchev storyline are paying attention.
    3) eGrim and lMakeda are *units*.
    4) Gators are finally getting the Trog lock they need, rather than the Trog lock they deserve. Hopefully the Croak lock is in the works. Also coming up for them is an undead Trog unit.
    5) lEiryss' unit is new, not pre-existing.

I think these are all discussed very very hot in each faction forum. Especially Lylyth3 "the first huge-based Epic Cavalry Battle Engine Warlock".

Aren't the Bane Knight Cav, Heavy?
?Those of you that survive will walk at my shoulder, undefeatable and forged in blood your victories will be spoken of in legends yet to come. They will know you not by name for from this day on you have none, they will know you instead as the invincible Gods of War, the wise, the cunning , the kings of battle! Lords of war! You will be my Tyrants!?

Caster units is very original, but the notion of a caster battle engine is the most exciting for me. I'm so glad I play legion. As long as she looks cool, I can't see how I can resist getting her (especially since I have little interest in the dragon).

I remember speculating with some guys at the ol' LGS about the ramifications of a battle engine caster/lock, but I never thought Privateer would actually do it. I'm sure many people are both thrilled and enraged, depending on their opinions of Battle Engines, but I haven't checked the Faction Forum thread yet.

I find it both ridiculously silly and cool at the same time. Plop it on the table, opponent asks what it is, you reply "My Warlock", bask in their confused and horrified gaze, ????, profit.

Termi's stats are about that of a battle engine so i can't see it being too much of a problem.

Well, this explains why Darius hasn't gone epic yet. They had to get the BE/Colossal rules out there first so everyone could behold his majesty.

Yes Lost Hemisphere has reported them as Heavy Cavalry. Cryx already has light cavalry.

So when they said they wanted the next round of epics to have more board presence, they only meant that for Warlocks. Gotcha.

You don't need those question marks. The look of horror on someone's face at the prospect of actually facing a Battle Engine Warlock will literally make cash money materialize in your pockets.

Greylord light cavalry makes me sqee in anticipation. I have no idea what they do, but as long as they look as cool as the Ternion I will buy the **** out of them.
