How long does the PP store take to ship an order?

I have not ordered anything from them before this past weekend in well over a year and I was just wondering how long it takes for their parts-orders to ship out. I needed some parts for a convention I'm going to in a couple weeks and I needed them painted before then, I sent them an email asking about it but with no response. Thanks

I live in Australia and I generally get mine within 2 weeks. They are very quick. They usually respond to emails within 3 days as well... I really cant speak highly enough of them

Due to how busy they have been over the past year, it takes about three weeks on average to get stuff to you from the time ordered.

I'm on the east coast in the US. I've usually received stuff within a week. Often times it has been 3-4 days. There was one time though when I had put in for a replacement part that was missing, and it took over three weeks.

I order a lot. Over all I have been very happy. Regular orders take a week or less. Replacement orders for missing parts take much longer, usually 2-3 weeks and a couple of emails.

I've had replacement parts arrive 1.5 to 2 weeks after submitting the form. I'm in Puerto Rico.

My last order was pretty small, but included NQ Eryiss. I placed the order Sun and had my package by Wed!
