eGaspy 50 points for ETC

Hey Guys,

I really like your opinion about the following 50 points eGaspy list for the upcomming ETC tournament in July.

Here's the list:

Lich Lord Asphyxious (*6pts)
* Nightwretch (4pts)
* Nightwretch (4pts)
Bane Knights (Leader and 9 Grunts) (10pts)
Bane Thralls (Leader and 5 Grunts) (5pts)
* Bane Thrall Officer & Standard (3pts)
Bile Thralls (Leader and 5 Grunts) (5pts)
Satyxis Blood Witches (Leader and 9 Grunts) (6pts)
* Satyxis Blood Hag (2pts)
The Withershadow Combine (5pts)
Bane Lord Tartarus (4pts)
Darragh Wrathe (4pts)
Satyxis Raider Captain (2pts)
Satyxis Raider Captain (2pts)

Reinforcements will be:Blackbane's Ghost Raiders (Leader and 9 Grunts) (9pts)
Machine Wraith (1pts)

So shoot at this list.

Looks good, though I'd drop a Captain for Saxxon, if you still have him available, your Blood Witches and Thralls will love him.

I like Gerlak as a feat target, but I'm not sure what you should drop. Maybe add him to your reinforcements?

What team are you in/where are you from? We should also be attending.

Saxxon needs to be in there i think (shall try him sometime). Gerlak isn't needed i think, he is nice though.

We're from the Netherlands, i think we are team 60.

Well as a fellow cryxian and one who is attending etc team 1up I feel I should at least give you a heads up hat you may wanna tinker with your lists as from what I know of from the uk based gamers going you can full expect to see any where in excess of 60 - 80 storm walls being used and ATM I know of five teams that will be all using one each so get practicing for the perfect storm cause we will be seeing it and FYI I have played now against it five times and still can't crack the sob it seems that cryx are at a major disadvantage against this thing

If there's only one, I don't see a problem with anything other than pHaley. Let your banes die to Covering Fire, feat and kill the Stormwall. It is a rough matchup for Cryx, but eGaspy shouldn't have any trouble except for pHaley, who is his bane anyway, so this is a matchup you'd avoid.

Now 2 is another story, but could still work. Totally worth using your feat to kill a Stormwall, you could always assassinate yourself, if needed.

Was chatting with an other member of a dutch team and he mentioned the stormwall to.

My primairy caster was Terminus/edenny, maybe one of these is better against a wall (and the xHaley attachment)?

Saxon is a good option. It will help your Banes out a lot to circumvent terrain. Stormwalls are ok for Egaspy as long as you aren't facing Haley... you can only have her once in your team so you guys should be good.

We will see. Was reading on the Cryx forum and got the strange idea to try a Witch Coven list.
