I really dont see PP allowing us the survivability a caster would need in order to handle a huge base. Fluff wise, it would be awesome though.

Yeah with the way Khador's casters like to play upfront, I don't see a hugebased caster happening. Unless he comes with -7 WJ points or something.

I could see it. Perhaps eHarkevich with his personal Winterguard contingent as a ranged troop caster instead of a ranged jack caster. seems good!. Or perhaps eStrakov with a AK character unit. Perhaps the one from the fluff in the wrath book? Anything seems good. Or hell, perhaps if we must get huge Karchev, make him come with an attachment of some jacks that have to be with him.

If we got Karchev as a huge-based caster, he'd practically have to be in a Colossal. I think a caster riding in something (ala Lylyth 3) would be more appropriate. Irusk3 in a Gun Carriage type thing, etc. I'd kind of prefer the Warcaster units, honestly. More flexible, less of a huge target. eZerkova with a couple Greylords, etc.

Yeah, I see it much more likely that we get a warcaster unit than we do a huge-based warcaster. I think Zerkova with Greylord attendants, Irusk with tactical advisors or elite guards, or Strakhov with crack Kommandos would be cool.

Here is what I hope is happening....eStrakhov and his two black ops buddies that form his new epic unit are on their way to save Karchev right now. In the next book they will make their way into Ashpyxious' fortress and bring him back to the Motherland. Since Khador should know Karchev is out of his jack suit by now, they should have plenty of time to put together a nice, big, colossal sized suit for eKarchev, who will make his first appearance in the book after the next one. If PP would like to squeeze the eStrakhov unit and colossal eKarchev into the next book, I wouldn't argue, but I'm not sure the game would be ready for that much awesomeness.

This is based on absolutely nothing, but I think it would make for an interesting story and create my two favorite casters at the same time.

*Scratch head* I see a lot of suggestions for Butcher with stuff in a unit, but.....unless the fluff has changed and some of them have died (I haven't read the NQ ones or the latest book), but I really want to see a Butcher + Fenris + Yuri character unit. Best friends 4eva
