Wargamescon runs friday to sunday. The Hardcore is on friday and steamroller is saturday with masters on sunday

I'm not too keen on hardcore tournaments which happens to be the one on friday. Could I sign up for the one on saturday, or do I need to still show up on friday to sign up?

Looks like there is only one option for warmachine which is a weekend bundle package. I believe you can play in two 50 point tournaments on saturday and one tournament on Sunday. Then there is the hardcore and a night tournament on Friday.

holy crap 50 bucks! Is this the norm for cons? It looks like you also have to buy a badge as well which makes it come out to 70 bucks sheesh.

That's pretty standard for most cons, because they have to pay for so much. Renting a "small ballroom" runs about $9000 for the weekend. These guys are pretty much renting out the entire hotel... so do that math. If you looking for a smaller "large" tournament in TX check out Coal and Claw Weekend in Dallas!

Eh I just wish they day passes and not the bundle as the only day I could take off would be friday and I hate to pay for a day I wouldn't be using. The hotel looks pretty nice as well. I'll just have to see if I can get a road trip goin.
