It's playable, but I think it may be a bit too many warbeasts even for Kaya.

I'd say put in some Shifting Stones with UA and a unit of Druids of Orboros and you are good. Probably drops a Stalker for the points.

Also, if you leave out Ghetorix, you will qualify for her theme list which will net you advance deployment for her heavies (note, this is pretty sweet).

I'll go ahead and second everything Bearded Dragon had to say. I joined circle to play beast heavy and have loved Kaya's tiered list. An extra six inches to an already fast faction is nothing short of scary.

I would start by adding some utility players. I personally like the wilder and 2x shifting stones and UA. The wilder is fury control and animus machine and the stones are a major utility player for healing, teleporting, fury and lane blocking. I do not leave home without 2 units. The final utility option is the Gnarlhorn as his animus is a major boon. Too much interferes with spell casting for me to rely solely on Dogpile and, remember, they stack. He's no slouch 1 on 1 but you'll have better beasts for that, save him for power attacks and spot removal. As for the Gorax, I don't play him with Kaya because of Forced Evo. I am teetering on the edge but he's not auto include for her at all.

Finally, to troop or not to troop. I won't say you need them for Kaya but I certainly like the utility of druids. If you're playing tiered and get druids, I'd go ahead with the skinwalkers too. I have four heavies at fifty so min skinwalkers all of 1 point. Still, this isn't required. You get the best tier bonus at tier one and can just bring additional beasts for their points. If I was going to double up I'd probably pick the stalker as Kaya needs help against mass troops.
