Question about Kromac

So I am really confused about Kromac's ability called Jump.

does it allow me to move after I charge.

SO if I charge a Legion Shedder that id 9 inches away. After the charge is over am I aloowed to move an up to an extra 5 inches.

So could Kromac end up behind the shedder and attack a different mode


I am not sure if the about example is correct.

A "full advance" is a specific type of movement. Look it up.
