More the fact we have Samurai Elephants with 4 arms, so give them 4 swords for bladestorming awesomeness!

the second set of swords would have to be pretty big, but made of something very durable cause those arms are just too short to hit anything.

i do think a naga warbeast would be awesome, whether for the skorne or not.

Perhaps a new Horde or Warmachine faction? Evolved around the Naga! That be kinda cool. If they do that I'll be lead to believe be another Minion group.
