Battlebox Journeyman advice - guide me Obi-Wan

Hi all. I'm a current Cryx player (and feel a little icky just posting here ;-) ). My FLGS is starting a Journeyman League and I'd like to dip my toe into LoE. Typical rules apply, so I have to start with the battlebox. What I'd like to play is a fast moving, ranged list that can plink away at the enemy, so pLylyth seems like a pretty match (raptors appear to be pretty sweet for this as well). What I'm struggling with is how to move the battlebox to the eventual 35 points. I like the looks of almost all your beasts, so asthetics aren't an issue. What are your suggestions?

Fast-moving, ranged, and plinky? You may want to promote Lylyth from Prime to Epic when you get to the caster swap. eLylyth is a ranged goddess, and quite possibly our cheesiest caster. Your main disadvantage is going to be having 4 Shredders, which will be basically wasted on eLylyth.

Hmm... building this list, I'd work with the following (roughly)

Week 1: Battlebox

Week 2: +Forsaken

Week 3: +Strider squad, +Deathstalker x2

Week 4: Swap to eLylyth, -1 Deathstalker, +Shepherd (eLylyth has one less 'beast point)

Week 5: +Ravagore (eLylyth's best friend!)

Week 6: Swap stuff out to get a more standard eLylyth tier list. The army list forum is full of them.

I'm currently playing in a Journeyman League. Week 3 is just starting, so we're making the jump to 25 now. I'm probably going to start with a Forsaken, Annyssa Ryvaall and min. Raptors.

I've been avoiding Deathstalkers because the format means everyone is going to be pretty heavy with warjacks and warbeasts. I don't expect it to be a target-rich environment for Deathstalkers. I suppose you could threaten warcasters and warlocks with them, but I think Raptors and Annyssa can do the same while being more generally useful.
