No because Wishnailer gives +2" range on a spell from the caster, and Temporal Barrier is a AOE CTRL spell. +2" does not affect Haley's control area the same way that it doesn't Snipe (+4" of range) does not affect a Spray ranged attack. The +2" of control area from the Squire does give extra range on Temporal Barrier though.

@ Sardonic Artery: No. There is no RNG distance to extend; Temporal Barrier is a RNG SELF spell with an AOE of CTRL. As Spiritual Conduit explicitly increases the RNG, not the AOE, of a spell, it has no effect on Temporal Barrier. The reason that the Squire makes the effective area of Temporal Barrier larger is that it actually increases the warcaster's control area by 2"; as the AOE is CTRL and CTRL has been expanded by 2", the AOE itself is thus expanded to match.
