So after assembling most of my kraken, (can't finish assembling because of my mispack on the smokestacks, which i still haven't heard from PP whether or not i can get my replacement part before retail release date) i started priming most of the sections.....his base is done separate, and both "arms" will be done separate from the body......i noticed that there's a bubble in the resin on one of the top armor plates along his body. And it's big too......about the size of my thumb, and within about 1/16" from the surface. Thankfully i know a resin guy, so i'm just going to cut a small hole into the bubble and inject some resin into the bubble to fill it up.
Also, the leg plates on the front of the legs, were slightly miscast, but nothing a hobby knife and a little thought couldn't fix.
I'm not knocking PP for their product, as 90% of my models are great, and they've always fixed my issues right away.....if i can fix them myself.....And i know i have terrible luck......in the last year i've had 5 mispacks/miscasts, and only 1or 2 guys of the rest of my meta have had 1....but i am wondering if anyone else has had similiar issues?
