So i already know that the stormwall doesn't get any boosts from iron horse, but can the stormwall be affected by full tilt. If he can I'm going to be using him a lot more

Yes, Storm Wall can benefit from Full Tilt. Well, "benefit". It's nice for getting him around the board, but losing out on his ranged capabilities - including laying down Covering Fire templates - is a major drawback IMNSHO.
