    Default Synergy + Trample

    Hi everyone,
I just wanted to know how the spell "Synergy" and the power attack "Trample" work together. For each melee attack does the end result give me a super boosted next attack?
example, I trample 5 models and hit all of them... my next attack comes out at +5 mat and +5 pow?

Unfortunately not. Synergy gives you a +1 on Melee attack and damage rolls for each model that has hit an enemy model with a melee attack. One battlegroup model under synergy = one +1 bonus.

Synergy does nothing at all for the first model in the battlegroup making attacks that turn. What it does is add a bonus that grows with each OTHER jack that successfully makes a melee attack in the caster's control area. This means the second jack (assuming the first hit) has +1/+1 to all melee attacks that turn. The third has +2/+2, and so on.

Are you sure? I dont have the wording here, but as i remember you get the bonus for the first model (in the battlegroup, not jack-specific) if it makes more than one attack. You don't get it for the first attack however. In case of trampling 5 models all 5 attack-rolls would came from the same attack, so no bonus to any of the rolls. If the Jack would hit at least one of them, it would get a +1/+1 on attacks he might buy with additional focus (or whatever additional attacks there could be) after the trampling.

They are correct. Synergy specifically gives a bonus for every OTHER jack that hit this turn. So if the trampling jack goes first, there are no OTHER jacks that went before it.

And, just to be clear, synergy is +1/+1 per model that hits, not per attack that hits.
