At least PP has a solid mispack / miscast replacement policy.

The TO has the final say. You could paint the parts you have and tell them what happened. All is not lost.

The only problem getting it okayed by the TO is the fact that it is the arms. That is one of the ONLY things on a Warjack that isn't really negotiable.

However, the point behind that is so that your opponent can't mistake your jack for something else. As the only Huge Based Warjack in Cygnar, I don't think your opponents will mistake it.

If it's not missing a lot i'd say just put it together and paint what you can, should still qualify.

Yeah I have been hearing a lot about Stormwall being mispacked. My first one had two left legs, luckily my second one had all the correct bits so I at least have one functional to play with. But I agree with the rest, paint up what you have and hopefully the TO realizes that a lot of the community is having the same issue as you and will let you play it.

I've been hearing tons of horror stories about Stormwall's missing parts. I bought 2 of them last Wednesday, and was terrified when I was opening them that they would be missing parts. But luckily, mine were both complete.

Me too... just opened mine and went through everything and...

4 upper leg (resin) pieces (three right, one left) and 0 lower arm pieces.

Sigh. Really disappointing after waiting for this model and especially after spending such a large amount of money for a premium model. Hopefully the trouble ticket system works quick this time.

I know there are a lot of parts and that's probably contributing to this whole thing, but man! LOTS of people with Stormwall part mispacks.

Yeah, I bought two and also had some mispacks.. kinda divided between whether filing missing parts or just trying to kitbash something together. Has anyone used the parts service lately, does it still take a long time? My previous stuff was kinda like months before it arrived. But also had situations where it arrived the next week, so it's hit and miss.

I swear to god, I get a mispack in like every fourth thing I buy. To answer your question, it almost never takes more than two weeks from the time the claim is filed until I receive the piece. However, for the left thigh I didn't get with my Stormwall, I expect it'll take longer, because PP doesn't do their resin in-house, I'm told.

    Anyone got their replacements yet?

I gave up on ideas and just filed a ticket.

On a side note, if anyone has an idea how to make arms out of 8 foot bits, let me know.

    Sigh.

At least I have a ton of feet now.

Having just assembled mine, it's understandable that it'd have above average mispacks. SO MANY PARTS.

I got a commission to build and paint a Stormwall to a friend as well, a Stormwall which unfortunately came with two right legs... my first negative mispack in my whole PP career Luckily it wasn't anything a bit of sawing and greenstuffing couldn't fix.

I bought Great Prince Vlad (a.k.a. Vlad 3, a.k.a. Horse Vlad, a.k.a. whatever else he is called) yesterday. Tonight I realized, to my amusement, that he came with two left halves of his horse's torso, and no right halves of his horse's torso.

Needless to say, this makes assembling his horse a rather difficult process.

Anyway, I put in a ticket, and I've always had good service from the front desk / mispack folks before, so I do not expect any trouble.

So...did all of your mispacks have "211" on the slip? Cuz mine did... All six of them over the course of the last couple months...

Actually, yes, my last one did. Had two in the last few weeks, and another about a month ago, though the other two were 241.

Eh remember people complain far more than they compliment. You'd not even think about making a "my computer turned on fine and logged on without worries" thread, but you'd likely make a thread if it crashed to bluescreen.

So don't let a smaller number of mistakes that get reported let you think that there is a more major problem than there really is. That said the fact that PP put personal numbered slips into every pack shows that they are quite serious about solving any packaging problems and sourcing to who packed what at their end directly.
Mistakes will always happen - so longs PP send out the needed parts in good time it shouldn't be much of a worry.

LOL, the last four old metal warjacks blisters that I bought all were either missing parts or have bad miscasts. The missing parts department has heard from me a lot as of late.

Very true. Like I've mentioned in some other thread I have had just one misspack in my entire time playing this game. I have a huge Khador army, a large Cygnar force, lots of Circle and I've owned a sizeable Legion force. Just one mistake in hundreds of minis feels quite ok.

On the subject of Colossals a friend and I brought back 6 from L&L. My Stormwall was perfect and I haven't heard anything bad from any of the people we ninja shopped for.
