Legality of photocopying tiers?

I've been browsing my computer and i've stumbled on the image of Harkevich's tier list that was spoiled online.

On the watermark, on the bottom it said it was legal to copy that image for non-commercial use, but it was not present in my forces book or Wrath book.

so can i photocopy tiers from my rulebooks and NQ for personal use? I'm just getting annoyed carrying excess weight when I go to LGS and would love to just have a 2 page sheets with all the tiers I do play.

With that in mind I'm hoping PP will add a printable copy of all current tiers to the webpage for people to print out, and update as more are released. Sure there's room under gameplay materials.

Not everyone has a smart phone.

Having the tiers in a pdf to print out would be lovely.

I would think they would leave it as is to give incentive to buy the NQ magazine among other reasons as well.

When it first comes out, sure. But now that there is a year+ of variant tiers, it would be nice not to dumpster dive through backissues of NQ to find the one or two I actually care about.

There was a recent NQ that had all the NQ tiers in it as a re-cap, that was pretty nice.

It says at the bottom of the tier lists that permission is granted to photocopy said tier lists for personal use, at least in the official books. Didn't see that in the NQ ones.
