Default Epic Sorshca bond and stationary

I'm on my lunch break at work, so I can't look at the specific card to see the exact wording, but here is my question:

Epic Sorshca's bond states that enemies that end their activations within 2" of the warjack become stationary for one round. I have an opponent who has told me that "one round" means that since they have already acted on round 1 (to move close to the bonded jack) and that 1 "round" is equal to one player's turn, that stationary goes away at the start of my opponent's next allocation phase, in other words that they are only stationary on my turn, but not his. My thought is that he is stationary for his next round as well.

this player is more experienced than me, so i tend to believe him, but it would just be nice to get an extra bit of clarification.

    thanks!

He is correct. One round includes the rest of the current turn, plus all of the next turn. By the time his next turn starts, the round is over.

A duration of "One Round" is until the start of the current players next turn.
