New Player Need Advice 15pt to 25pt

I thank you for any list advice in advance. I will be starting at 15pts then moving to 25pts.
Decided to play Retribution of Scyrah because of its abilities in the movement department.

Note: Want to change things up? Only restraint is Adeptus Rahn.

I do plan to move up to 35 at some point so keep that in mind. I'd love it if all the 15 and 25pt models could be used in a 35pt list you had in mind.

If you are only going to be running one jack make sure is is a phoenix. I really like the Sentinels with Rahn and a unit of battle mages. The mages bring things closer for the sentinels to kill. Discordia isn't a bad jack she just doesn't offer anything for Rahn pick up another Phoenix if you feel you must have 2 myrmidons in 25p to get a different vector for force hammer. At 25 points you might just be better off dropping the second Jack to get a full sentinels unit with UA in there. Just remember Rahn loves arcnodes. If you are short on points you might want to pick up a Chimera for the arcnode. I would also boost the sentinels to a full unit and have the UA where you can. Vengeance is great. With all the knock down potential you might consider the MHA. at 25 points you can squeeze in a arcanist to support your jack to either fix him give focus if Rahn is feeling greedy with his or to concentrate power to up the damage potential of your myrmidon.

Thank you! From your post this is how I will do it. For 35 ill consider some of the other things you mentioned and use my own experience to make that list in the future. Ill also try other guys at 25.

I definitely agree with Emberwild on filling out the Sentinels. Tossing your Polarity Field on them (Sents) and having them as your front line just in charge range will make any opponent queasy. If they decide to take a couple out by plinking them with ranged attacks instead of running in to engage (or backing right off), all the better as your Sentinels now have +3" from the Vengeance your opponent so politely granted you thanks to the Sentinel UA. For 35 points I have seen Rahn run 2 Phoenixes so often that it sometimes feels like a crime to run any less. Rahn loves his heavy arcnodes... Though if you want some variety and don't feel like putting together another Phoenix just yet, we have some great solos that you could consider. The Shyeel Magister is a great choice considering you are just giving your feat turn more ammunition.

We have a lot of options inside of 10 more points and what you have now for 25 is pretty solid. Good luck with your Elves!
