After the success of this year's WM/H French Open, the RTS gaming club and Battle-group.com once again invite French and foreign players to Lyon!

The Lyon Summer Masters is a SR2012 50-point WM/H tournament.

Date: August 25th and 26th, 2012
Address: Centre social du Grand Taillis, 20, rue Villard, 69800 BRON, France
Format: 50 pts + 10 pts reinforcements, 5 rounds
SR2012 variants: 3 lists required, Divide&Conquer, Hardcore Painting, Chess Clocks (1 hour/player, 2 hour and 20 minutes tournament round time)
Capacity: 48 players max (30 reserved for French players)
Player fee: 25 €, including lunches, snacks and soft drinks on both days, prizes and insurance for the venue

Feel free to ask any questions, and express your interest by preregistering! Just reply to the linked thread on our forums stating your nickname, faction and country.

We will secure free accomodation as usual, as much as possible; we have also hotel deals near the venue, more info in the Ruleset on page 8.

You guys seem like a cool bunch and know how to run fun tournaments, but... heading out your way would be a weekend spent having my army called ugly.

Yes, 5 rounds is the maximum we can squeeze in a week-end at this point if we keep the 50 pts-format, without going mad or dying of exhaustion, and more seriously finishing at a reasonable time on Sunday. Not getting any younger I guess ! Please note also that this is NOT an official "Masters" (hence the "Summer" ) and thus far from an official event - that it got moved to this section of the forum is a misunderstanding...
