25 point reinforcement tournament lists

This weekend will be a 25 point tournament of all reinforcement scenarios. 2 lists, SR2012 rules. Below are what I am thinking of running, and was looking for any thoughts/suggestions.

either Warwitch siren or Saxon Orrik, as there are a lot of hordes players and I don't want to get encumbered by terrain.

I don't really have Terminus experience, but if you're taking Leviathans with him, aren't you supposed to take them in pairs, so they can screen him while you're low on focus from giving it to them? One large base can't really screen another.

It's a shame you don't have Biles with eGaspy, but I don't really see what to drop from the list. Why not go for a Raider Captain for the 2 reinforcement points? She's fast so can go for an objective if you need it and as a weapon master with 2 attacks, she's a solid feat target as well.
Terrain shouldn't be much of a problem except for you bane thralls and a minimum unit should be able to navigate it pretty well. Having Saxon on the table edge for half your games probably won't help them much anyway.

No raider captain because I don't own one. I could take biles with eGaspy as well and just drop Gerlak, since I don't think I'll be seeing infantry-heavy lists. Still on the fence.

For Terminus I'd love to have a pair of Levis, but 25 points is so tiny a game I can't fit in a second without removing half my army.

Ended up going 3-1 so took 5th overall from 28 or so people. Both wins with eGaspy were exceptionally easy (eMadrak and Witch Coven), and my win with Terminus by all rights should have been a loss to Circle except I managed 3 tough checks over 2 turns.
My 1 loss was to the guy who took 1st, and was to eStryker. Feating then managing to kill only one warrior model to give me a soul with Ravager and 3 additional attacks (needing 6's to hit) meant I was too squishy to survive Stryker's charge.
