Merc Heavy Old Witch 50 points.

My main army is Mercs but im slowly getting into Khador so i was wondering if this looks like an effective list.

The Old Witch is ideal for moving into Khador from Mercs, as I'm sure you've realized as well: not a single spell or ability requires models in her list to be in faction. Regarding Valachev, while he does give the Nyss some extra threat range or a way to retreat a couple of inches after shooting, bear in mind he becomes the unit Leader and he's not quite as fast as the Nyss - if they leave him too far behind they're out of formation.

I really like the list. The Old Witch can't buff accuracy or damage output, so it's important to have models that bring that on their own and this list definitely has that covered. Pathfinder is not a problem with the Nyss having it naturally (watch out with Valachev, again), there's only the lack of magical attacks that's a bit of a concern: Murder of Crows is only a POW 8 and Gallows is quite expensive (MoC as well, if you need to reposition the area) - neither is very convenient for dealing with Incorporeal solos/units.
