I am new to Hordes and Circle and have been lurking on these forums for a couple of months. I started with Fildrigar's Wilding Way thread and graduated to Ruan's Circle FAQ once I started encountering the intricacies of our faction. I even got sound advice from one of Circle's most consistent tournament winners a thread or two ago.

Despite this, the discussion around here has gotten pretty heated recently. I am not without blame here. I've shot my mouth off in other forum posts. I'm sorry about that. I blame it partly on my desire to talk and partly on God who should not have made a superior being such as myself consort with inferior folks like you. I kid, I kid, but as I was trying to demonstrate, I - like anyone else - am likely to hold my own opinions in pretty high regard.

That being said, can we please keep the insults to a minimum? Useful debate is not personal.

It does matter "who started it." It does not matter that "they are asking for it." It does not matter who "needs to learn a lesson." Fighting fire with fire is risky business in forestry, an even more questionable strategy rhetorically, and absolutely useless on the internet. Let's not go there or let a troll take us there.

This is not a threat, pledge or petition. This has been on my mind recently so I wanted to put it out there. Thanks for reading.
