Question about mercs and Khador

I usually play Retribution, so Mercs are a mostly alien concept to me, but can a Khador warcaster field merc warjacks?

Not saying should they, just /can/ they?

Koldun Kommander Zerkova can also field Vanguard Mercenary 'jacks under one of ther Theme Forces.

Some Mercenary 'jacks are actually quite useful. I like running a pair of Grundback Gunners with Thor Steinhammer as my merc 'jack marshal. For 8 points you get the closest equivalent of a Sniper 'jack in Khador. Between his drive and his special action you can put two pow 12 shots into a target 22 inches away, with up to three boosts. Not very many opponents will expect this from a Khador army.

In my experiance Merc jacks aren't worth it since you would probably be better with more infantry. Rorsh and Brine are the exception/abnormality.

Unfortunately we can't take merc 'jacks in our battlegroups and have to take merc 'jack marshals to have access to excellent merc 'jacks. I don't really like any of them. I'll put it like this: If I could take Nomads in my battlegroups, my Juggernaut would live on a shelf. But I can't, and Rutger Shaw or whoever isn't good enough.

So, I wouldn't bother. (Outside of Hunting Wolves of course.)

I don't believe you can marshal a collasal, just like a hero jack it has to start in a battle group.
