15 Point Phinneus List

I'm a Khador and Legion player that just got Phinneus really cheap and I'm thinking about starting a Merc list for him. What list do you guys recommend? Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

now that we have gone through steps 1-27, lets move onto other stuff. At 15, or 11 points (15-the commodore cannon) you don't have enough points for full infantry spam, so use shae's super speed for jacks
this is my 15 point shae list, it is very successful.
