    Default Blackwater and Thornfall

So I spent the longest time trying to figure out where to take my army and expand. Finally I looked at minions to supplement. Reading the back stories of the two minion armies, I have to say I love the idea of Blackwater. Though I have to see if anyone else see's things the way I do about their story and our "alliance" with the two. To me personally I think our "alliance" with Thornfall is merely a tool. We love the fact they want to destroy the civilizations of man and all, but the use of technology to warp beasts and all just seems counter intuitive to our thoughts. I feel once they've out lived their usefulness we'll at least kill Dr Arkadius first chance we get, if not the whole of the ferals. On the other hand I think we genuinely have an ally in Blackwater. They have witch doctors that are similar to our druids, which is a plus. I still they are tools to us, however there is one thing in their story that makes me think we have further plans. When it talks about Caliban and how he doesn't really care about Barnabus or his goals, it states that he just wants the army and to put someone else in charge. My instant thought, given the slight similarities between Orboros and Blackwater, is that one of our Warlocks has made a deal with Caliban. It is right up our alley to make a deal with Caliban saying "When Barnabus falls, you give us control of the army, and you get to be "inducted" in with us". Just have to see if anyone thought similarly when they read it or contrary, or if there is something else I haven't read.

I don't know a lot about the back story but a unit of gators or the totem hunter are fantastic minions to take. The circle doesn't have anything like them so they have much to offer.

At the first L&L, Seacat made an offhand comment about how Kossk may be how the Gatormen see the Devourer Wurm, or at least an aspect of it. By no means should this be taken as official canon until it's confirmed in writing, but I thought it was cool enough to start up some gator buddies for my druids.

Totem hunter rocks (and an awesome model) thrullg is good upkeep removal. And who dont love bipedal, halberd wielding alligators? Bloody Barnabus is a deadly warlock as well.

And just forreference. They are blindwater. Backwater is a super shady real life mercenary group.
So I can type anything I want right here?

Blindwater...What I meant sorry. Still haven't had a chance to get a Blindwater 'lock yet, but the Posse, Ambushers, Croak Hunter, Totem Hunter, Thrullg, and Lanyss are all fun. They offer a lot of to us that we don't have elsewhere. I am seriously thinking of getting Barnabas so I can try the Cassius/Barnabas feat massacre.

Regarding Calaban; I wouldn't be surprised if it were the other way around, if the Circle was helping set him up, in exchange for... What, exactly? What could he be offering?

Gator army. I mean Calaban has control of Maelok and when Barnabas ascends, the entire army. Definitely a force Circle could be keeping an eye on
