Default eKaya 35pt Tier 4 List Considerations

I started Circle with a Cassius tier list. eKaya's tier happens to share many of the same models. As I'm saving up for a wedding, I could justify purchasing eKaya + Laris but nothing else. As such, I'm restricted to building a 35pt list with the models at hand.

Here's what I have that could be added to eKaya's tier list.

Warbeasts: Warpwolf Stalker, Gnarlhorn Satyr, Shadowhorn Satyr, Woldwyrd (and Laris)
Units: 1x Druids of Orboros, 2x Warpborn Skinwalkers (3), 1x Shifting Stones
Attachments: 1x Stone Keeper, 1x DoO Overseer
    Solos: 1x War Wolf

    What would serve me better?

    LIST #1
    eKaya
    - Laris
    - Gnarlhorn Satyr
    - Shadowhorn Satyr
    - Warpwolf Stalker
    Druids of Orboros
    - Overseer
    Shifting Stones
    Warpborn Skinwalkers (3)

    LIST #2
    eKaya
    - Laris
    - Gnarlhorn Satyr
    - Warpwolf Stalker
    Druids of Orboros
    - Overseer
    Shifting Stones
    - Stone Keeper
    Warpborn Skinwalkers (3)
    Warpborn Skinwalkers (3)

Or something else entirely? Do I create a max unit of Skinwalkers? Does the Shifting Stones serve no purpose with eKaya given her feat ability and Laris' Animus? I'm very unfamiliar with eKaya's dynamics, so any help would be appreciated.

I can say from experience that the shifting stones + the beasts advance deployment from T1 is quite nice. You can park them in the stones during AD and get a minimum of a 19" of threat with teleportation + charge. 21" with the Stalker or Feral warping Speed. If you add the Gnarlhorn animus to that, you get another two inches. You'll need to feat to take advantage of it, but that's still a lot of threat range. I think the stones are nice to have in there.

The Skinwalkers haven't done much for me except die. Kaya doesn't help them either.

I'd say your first list is better than the 2nd one. I don't see 2 min units of Skinwalkers being what you want to add in, though one unit being essentially 2 points is still worth while.

I've had similar experiences with the Skinwalkers playing in Cassius' tier, though I have to admit that they serve their purpose as resilient speed bumps when matched against the appropriate enemy model/unit. I thought that perhaps one max unit would be more effective than just a tarpitting unit. Never played a max unit before, so I could be wrong.

My understanding of the Shifting Stones is that a model teleported by the Stones forfeits its movement if it hadn't activated before being teleported. Do Warbeasts have the ability to spend a Fury to ignore this restriction?

Last I checked, your understanding is correct. You can still get some sick vectors and threat ranges, but a beast can't charge after being teleported by the shifting stones.

I would also recommend the first list - EKaya is all about beasts so 3 heavies is great with her. The units in her tier list help, but her function is beast support.

Have fun - she's very different to Cassius.

I'm sure she is. It'll be cool to see how differently the same models operate based solely on different casters.
