Question about bushwhack and aiming

Does a unit or model using bushwhack gain the aiming bonus on it's attack since it hasn't moved yet?

No. you dont gain the aiming bonus by not moving, you gain the aiming bonus by forfeiting your movement. If you forfeit your movement you can not make buchwack movement.

No. Aiming is for the activation only.

The aiming bonus adds +2 to every ranged attack roll the model makes that activation.
