Default Question about bushwhack and aiming

Does a unit or model using bushwhack gain the aiming bonus on it's attack since it hasn't moved yet?

No. you dont gain the aiming bonus by not moving, you gain the aiming bonus by forfeiting your movement. If you forfeit your movement you can not make buchwack movement.

Okay, not to get off topic, but if you forfeit your movement, do you also gain the aiming bonus on out of activation attacks, such as those provided by the vassal of menoth?

No. Aiming is for the activation only.
