TL/DR version is pretty much- I like minis, I hope they intend to release rpg mini sets for those who do want to use minis and if they do I think it would be cool if they did it in a way such as the example I present.
I've Always liked using miniatures in table top roleplaying games. I am a very visual person and have always loved seeing the scene built out across the table top. Also in my many years of playing various games I have found they saved my groups a crazy amount of time and frustration.
I really hope that PP decides to create a series of figures designed specifically for the rpg. I've used every stand in item that can pretty much be imagined in different games and they have all worked perfectly. But I have always preferred it when a game has its own set of minis. And that coupled with my great like for PP sculpts makes me really hopeful for a future, preferably near future, release of a PP IKRPG mini series.
If PP does decide they want to release a minis set i hope they go with the resin models. Just a preference. I think it would be interesting if they at first released a box set of very generic adventurers set. The adventurers set would come with a male and female version of each race. After the generic set is released then we could see booster sets containing more customization figures. For example a Rhulic booster would have a male and female torso with a choice of maybe two different head options for both sexes and then a rack of weapons that the player could add to his character. This example set up could be used for pretty much anything I'd think. Like have a generic laborjack set and a booster with a more customizable jack later on.
