If you throw him with the bronze back and with perfect balance he can stand up without forefiting can he still actavate normally?

No you can not, or even get up, because the rules state that models cannot stand up in the same turn that they were knocked down. This is true even if the stand up is 'free,' because you can't even try to get up. If you threw your own eMorghoul, he couldn't stand up until your next turn.
The only exception to this is an animi and a feat in other factions that breaks this rule.
where is this ruling because i have been looking for like the past 2 hours and was looking in the rule book and what not and couldnt find it. would like actual wording too plz if possible.

The only way you can use this combo is, when Morghoul was allrdy knocked down during your opponents, or your own turn (bad idea!) before. A knocked down model cannot become knock down again. And in that case the rules i quoted doesnt affect it.A knocked down model can stand up at the start of its
next activation unless it was knocked down during its
controller?s turn; in that case it cannot stand up until its
controller?s next turn even if it has not yet activated this
turn.
(BUT i am not sure about this, it comes up in the rules forum a few month ago, not sure if they fixed that little abuse :P)
If I remember correctly, a knocked-down model can't be thrown... sadly...
Pictures of a Stromwall throwing Heavy Jacks at enemy lines.. Runewood stepping forward and letting them all stand up midst the enemies, come to my mind....
Damn... I'll have to take the Freebooter then ;-)

A knocked-down model only can't be slammed or locked, they can be thrown.

Also the tyrant comander has an ability that says all models in his comand range immediatly stand up. Anybody know if that gets around it? Cause hes not standing up on his actavation. Thanks for the help too guys much apreciated.
