In general: Statswise it is a Reckoner for 1 more point. The big club thing is reach and magical and the jack negates incorporeal for enemy models within 5", the other arm is a boring old open fist. The big selling point is that it can collect up to 3 souls from friendly models within 5" and covert them into focus, but the focus is allocated so no going above 3 (or 4 if it is bonded).

The anti-incorporeal aura is probably the most situational ability ever to grace a jack, especially one that already has a magical melee weapon. Luckily, it's not the big selling point of the jack.

I proxied this in a friendly game with a local Cryx player. His Wraith Engine went incorporeal and my Sanctifier ate it. Mmmm battle engine main course washed down with a glass of Cryx tears!

The big selling point for most is that it's a non-character SPD 5 jack with reach. Generating focus due to the enemy having to kill the units you're screening it with is just as good of a selling point.

If all you are looking for is non-character SPD 5 and Reach, then take a Reckoner and save a point. The Soul collection is far and away the biggest selling point for this guy. The anti-incorporeal aura is just there to put more words on the card.
