white fur

I am looking to make a white fur effect for my legion army beasts. Any ideas on how I would do this?

My color scheme (I think) is going to be a dark blue (or ice) color and white fur. With flying beasts being a little different.

Don't do ice blue skin tone, it'll blend in too well with the white fur. Use a nice dark blue. Anywhos, I'd basecoat with jack bone or something similar, wash with beast hide or a similar tone, and drybrush with menoth white highlight, or morrow white if you want really white fur.

If you want icy fur, basecoat with meridius blue/trollblood base, wash with bastion grey/greatcoat grey, and drybrush with frostbite.

hmm that could work. I was hoping for a more "real fur" thing with like green stuff or flocking or something but I could just paint it on. I don't know that I have the painting chops to paint on fur

that looks amazing texture wise. If you want to paint it, I still think the above steps would work well enough.
