B for me, although lately I have become a little more picky, partly because of the new big models are expensive but also because PP has released a lot of chaff and outright ugly models recently (Im, looking at you sons of bragg!).

F: I collect one faction and own the full FA of everything it can possibly field, including models that are normally unavailable and multiples of things that are normally FA: 1 just for use in theme lists.
G: I collect multiple factions and own the full FA of everything they can possibly field, including models that are normally unavailable and multiples of things that are normally FA: 1 just for use in theme lists.
H: I own at least one of everything PP produces, right down to the action figures.

I'm admittedly only a B since I don't have the full FA for half of my units, I'm missing a UA or two that theme forces allow and (much to my chagrin) I still don't have the second Agonizer for Rasheth. I think I'm bordering on a G though, since I do have multiples of everything I can imagine running two of outside of that Agonizer and possibly the second Venator UA for Makeda's theme and the extra Blood Runners for EMorghoul.

I am definitively in the C camp. I have most of cygnar and am more selective in what I don't buy than what I do. My mercs are a different story, I don't have any privateers, steelheads, or Magnus-type models yet since buying in to the different camps of mercenaries is hard to do a little at a time. I'm also being very picky about the units I get for my fledgling everblight army.

I started off as A. for Cygnar but as I adopted more factions I had to become more selective in what I bought.

OK, a tally so far says approximately 91 replies, divided approximately as such:

A: 12 (13%)
B: 10 (11%)
C: 36 (39%)
D: 6 (7%)
E: 26 (29%)

So almost two thirds of respondees have at least one faction that they try to buy almost everything for. I think that's interesting. And about one fifth only own a single faction, with the remaining 80% owning/playing more than one faction.

E, as I only tend to buy the models I like and want to paint, then I try to figure out an army list from those.

C. I own nearly the whole range of PoM, slightly less Trollbloods, and a more selective collection of cygnar and merc. I think that the huge base models are such a significant investment that I will be much more selective with them. I don't see getting the Judicator or Mountain king based on the rules. Maybe if I get more spending money I'll buy them eventually.
