If possible, I'd try to find space for a second Beast in there. A lone beast, especially a melee beatstick like the Gladiator, is going to be a top priority for your opponent. You're also generating less than 5 Fury. It's not as big a deal for Xerxis as the possibility of losing his only beast, but it means you might be cutting.

That said, Xerxis is pretty well equipped to protect the Gladiator. Defender's Ward on a Titan is just dirty pool.

If I had to make room for another beast, I'd drop the Tyrant Commander and Vorkesh, as they're not necessary, and add a Basilisk Drake and Paingivers.

Otherwise, the list looks like a solid brick list. It'll hit very hard - there's not much that can stand up to Xerxis' feat on Weapon Masters. It might have some trouble with Infantry, but Xerxis is actually pretty good at clearing them himself.

I'll back the adding of paingivers and dropping of vorkesh (he "protects" the cetrati from defenders ward).

Any particular reason for the immortals? besides looking cool they are also rather slow. i could swap for either the swordsmen or nihilators here. whichever of the 3 you go with, consider bumping up to a full unit.
The tyrant, while good im not sure he pulls his weight at 25pts.
Consider this: Min Immoratals + TyCom (8pts) vs Max Nihilators.(8pts) (remember xerxis can give orders too)

If you're keen on running immortals, you're going to want to look at Hakar/AG's. and at that point, probably another caster too.

Also I'll support the idea of a second beast. 3 fury on the gladiator will only barely keep Xerxis's upkeeps up and only leave him at 1 for a damage transfer.
I don't have one myself but a basilisk krea might be good at 25 points. at 35 i run gladiator/bronzeback(they go good with anything)

Edit: for the sake of clarity, when we say paingivers we mean beast handlers, not bloodrunners.
