Seeking parts for a Venger conversion

I'm planning to acquire another Venger Seneschal so I can turn my max unit into two min units if necessary, not quite ready to spend the money necessary for the extra unit.

My idea for this guy is to have his horse rearing over the corpse of whatever enemy he's just killed with his lance, which will be broken off in the body. He will have the Errant Officer sword, pointing it forward.

I'm just having trouble finding a suitable rearing horse and a suitable dead body. I've had a look at Darragh Wrathe, but unfortunately his legs are attached to the main body, and I've had a look at Alexia, but the horse body looks like it'd take a lot of green stuff to look right. The latter is probably the best option, but I'm not the best with manipulating that stuff so I'm a bit nervous about it.

As for the dead body, any ideas ye have would be great. I've had a look at the Trencher Sharpshooter which seems to be the only prone model around. I'd like to have to do as little as possible with the pose, I'm willing to chip away at the clothes and stuff afterwards to show wounds etc. I've been told models of similar scale from World War I would be suitable, and I think especially something with a gas mask would be a dead ringer for an Assault Kommando, but I'm clueless at searching for these things.

Any help you guys could give would be very much appreciated, I want this guy to look a bit special, I haven't done any conversion with my Protectorate army so far.
