I'll be getting my choir box and vassal figure this coming friday. Does that take me to fifteen points? I think it does but how does my stratagy change from my battlebox?

Yeah, that should be 15 points if my math is right. Basically it is just going to make you Jacks considerably more powerful. Also don't forget about enliven from the Vassal. The ancillary attack is nice....but I often find that enliven can set up a big move.
Enliven lets you make a full advance (ignoring free strikes) after the jack it is cast on takes damage (expires after use).
Convinient checklist:
[] Learn how to use the choir.
[] Learn their limitations.
[] Learn to keep them alive.
[] Learn activation order.
[] Learn the Vassals abilities.
[] Learn how they can be countered.
[] Learn to keep him alive.
[] Learn to use the right ability at the right time.

Thanks guys you all are really helpful on here! Now lets hope with some practice I can beat the cryx battlebox!
Does the jack get the bonus or does the vassal get the bonus when they are back to back?
The Vassal does. Otherwise every list would have TWO vassals and the choir, not just vassal and choir![]()

That means the things he does are technically "spells", so he can't use them if he's under a no-spells restriction for some reason (like you're fighting against Severius and he has used his feat). The number in brackets is the base attack value when you use Arcane Bolt (similar to MAT or RAT).
