Journeyman league slow grow list

I probably should have posted this here rather than the main cryx forum to begin with


My LGS is running a journeyman league and on week 5 is allowing a warcaster swap. I was thinking that since the Battlebox is so Jack heavy, it might be a good idea to run Morty. I'm just looking for ideas on what to field at 25 if it's deemed a good idea.

I have at my disposal, (in addition to the Battlebox) 1 Slayer, a Levi, 1 Helldiver, 1 Seether, 2 ripjaw, 2 scavenger, 2 WWS, 2 pistol wraith, Nightmare and a reaper.

So I'm just looking for a couple ideas on what to run. This is my first time running anything more than 15 points, which when your battlebox is 14, it's easier to work up a list.

You really want to get some infantry when going to 25. Bane Thralls with UA fit perfectly

My initial plan is to end out the league (when we can use any warcaster and dont need to include the whole battle box) with Gaspy2, Banes and some real fun. But for the caster swap with the battlebox still needed to be used the Morty tier list looked almost too good to ignore.

Question, are helldivers good to use under Morty, or are they more a pSkaare thing since her feat makes them super mean?
