Durgen Explosivo Case Cracker Question

So can Durgen Bombs Away and then shoot an Explosivo'd Case Cracker? Boosted Damage and Double Powder Ration for max effect?

All right, let's take it by the numbers:
Madhammer feats. Fine.
Case Cracker - weapon becomes POW 7, AP.
Explosivo - Weapon gains magic weapon, and a AOE 3. Note that according to errata, this AoE has none of the special features of the base weapon. So the AoE does not get magic weapon, or armor piercing. It does suffer the reduced POW (so it's a ePOW 4+3d6...)
Bombs Away does give an extra die, not Boost, so yes, you could spend a focus to add to a damage roll (4+4d6...)
Double Powder Ration would give +2" RNG.

So, what you would have is this: Madhammer can shoot at up to 14" away, rolling MAT+3d6, and able to hit Incorporeal targets, what he directly hits will suffer a POW 7 hit and halve its armor if medium or large, +2 damage rolls if small. Anything in 3" will suffer a POW 4+3d6 damage hit from the blast. With his remaining focus (-1 from casting Explosivo) he can boost the initial to-hit once, or assign up to one point per model hit to boost the damage.

...and yes, he could take Reinholdt to give Lucky Charm or get an additional non-special shot as well.

Explosivo will not work with Case Cracker because it is a special attack.
