    Default 35pt Harbinger -Wham,Bam,Thank you Ma'am

So I'm gonna play test this list tonight. I figured, the front line arc nodes and free throws and/or slams would make this a reasonable list for controlling zones. Guided hand should play out well with the critical effects.

    35pts
    Harbinger
    2 x Guardians
    Heirophant

    Choir (min)
    2x Vassal of Menoth
    10 Forgeguard w/ Attendant Priest
    Gorman di Wulfe
    Covenant of Menoth

So I actually, ended up playing 50pts and included avatar and visgoth rhoven.

At 50pts, I would trade a guardian and vassal for the vessel of judgement plus 2 mechanics. I played cryx and without dedicated crowd control, this list struggled. In the end I lost on control points and almost killed scar if I could have criticaled with a guardian to open a charge lane. I had one guided hand attack, plus three regular attacks. Oh well. It was fun nonetheless.

Well, i don't notice any plan of game with such a list. you have no range attack and i don't understand why you chose the guardian to play with harbinger, remember you cannot channel cataclysm...

Ok you well protect her, but you have almost nothing to kill. The forgeguard isn't the best choice to make, i would rather some exemplar errants or venger to gain more points. What is gorman di wulfe is doin here? Ok for the covenant because he will very well protect the forgeguard but don't forget the Harbinger enjoys to be added with Vilmon and his band of Paladin to kill casters

Okay, let me try to answer your points:

    (1) You can channel cataclysm in mk2. It's effectiveness is reduced since you measure back to the harbinger.
    (2) Gorman di wulfe is awesome. He can tie up a jack, or reduce its armor to wreck it.
    (3) Forgegaurd with attendant priest have pathfinder or can't be targeted by spells. With crusaders call they out threat the exemplar errants because of reach. They also have a higher P+S and the critical slam. Which by the way, with guided hand the critical chance is 44%.

The list definately needs to handle troops better. I think at 35 points as well as 50 pts, the vessel of judgement and 2 meks are a good choice for that.

Anyways, the slams and throws should basically be useful in clearing zones to gain points. That's my thinking at this point anyways.

I know you can channel from the guardian but cataclysm won't be so effective as it should be, but anyway cataclysm isn't the good way to kill because if you fail you would lose a lot of game by doing so...
So why not trying another warjack like templar? Obviously we don't have the same way to play Harbinger because i never show myself without Vilmon and Co

Eventually, i think you are too slow to kill caster and you might get some trouble to win against caster whom prevent you from casting guided hand... That's why vengers is the best choice ^^
