My favorite one is Gallant's because it's got so much character. Blaize's is pretty cool too, but Gallants is just bigger. Not sure what the PIP# is, but it's Gallant's sword. If you want a simple heavy sword, get the metal Nomad's battleblade which is just a generic giant caspian blade. Beauty in simplicity.

You didn't specify whether they should be warjack/-beast weaponry or warrior-sized ones, but these three are my favorites:

I'm a fan of Terminus' sword, just because it's huge and it looks nasty. Reminds me a little of Pyramid Head's blade that he drags around.

Thanks all for your great posts. Looking at all the submissions, Molik Karn looks like a great start for my next project... a life size replica!

The nomads caspian warblade. Easily the best sword in the model range IMO.

(gonna wrap the grip with leather, get a chain with manacle and use a skull shifter knob for skull on end of pommel)
