Hi all,
I have decided to take part in a 15 point starting slo gro league at my local club.
Thoughts on this list please?

I'm not really getting what you're going for here. Scaverous pretty much grants zero support to all those models, and to my knowledge they don't support him back overmuch.
His feat is "Friendly Faction" so you can't take a pile of mercs to spell sling.
At lower points I've been looking at a core group of jacks, primarily a pair of Arc-Nodes and maybe a heavy. From there have a Scarlock Thrall, and some infantry (either small based undead, or Bloodgorgers for Screening) I've been strongly considering an Iron Lich Overseer on him as well, though you may just want to throw the extra 2pts in and get Withershadow combine.
Menite Jacks by function
Paint Log
Vindi's New Friends: Lord of the Feast, Hex Hunter, Watts (B13), Stonewarden, Scythean, Gorman, SH Halberdier
I agree with Alzer, I don't see much synergy in your army.
Scaverous doesn't really start to shine until 35+ points, but at 15 I would probably take something like:
Scaverous +5
2 arc nodes of your choice 8
Skarlock Thrall 2
Withershadow Combine 5
McThralls (full) 5
You miss out on the NecroSurgeon but I think the rest of the army offers him more.
The idea is for Scaverous to hog all the focus to himself. Wrong Eye, Snapjaw and the Bull Snapper would be self sufficient, could walk up the table unmolested and rip things to bits, especially with Spiny Growth on Snapjaw. Ragman would use deathshroud to make Snapjaw even more dangerous, and could even transfer damage to the Bull Snapper or Snapjaw if they got hit. Gorman is there for smoke to protect Scaverous on the advance, although he should be ok with all his focus camped. The Stalker would just be hanging around ready to pounce on the opposing Warcaster/Warlock as necessary, especially with Grevious Wounds and Arcane Assassin.
ive played quite a few small point scaverous games ( its how i learned this game) and ive found at 15 pts that 10 Croes is about the most overpowered thing you can bring with him. Each model gets 5 dice on the charge or 4 with shooting on hard living targets because of TK and almost every caster in the game is alive outside of cryx. Try something like this:
Scaverous +5
Nightwretch 4
10x Croes cuttthroats 10
Withershadow Combine 5
Machine Wraith 1
Well I tried the list at Club this week. Won 1 game, Lost 1 game. The list was actually expanded to 25 Points, so I dropped Ragman and took Deathjack.
The first game was against Epic Baldur - Won with an assassination from the Stalker. Used Ghost walk from Scaverous to get through some scenery, and bye bye Baldur. Wrong Eye and Snapjaw, along with their Bull Snapper took the charge from a unit of Wolves of Orboros with Unit attachment (Spiny Growth on Snapjaw is really funny) and destroyed the entire unit with no losses. Not bad at all!
The second game was againt PDenny, and was a really close run affair - again the Stalker managed to get PDeneghra by ghost walking away from a unit of Bane Knights, and managed to take Denny down to 3 wounds, but fluffed the final attack sadly. If I had been a bit more patient, perhaps I could have supported the Stalker and finished her off. The allied Gator contingent again did well, holding up a unit of Bile Thralls, a Slayer and a Scavenger.
Scaverous got involved in combat against the Bane Knights in the second game, and did rather well, however the final 2 remaining knights finished him off. Even with Deathjack, I do feel he could do with more focus - the stalker was quite focus hungry especially on assassination runs.
Not a bad performance overall. Still need more practice with Scaverous.

Your original list was illegal due to the fact that it adds up to your 20 points of models, however, you can only use that +5 bonus points on models in your battle group. And WrongEye & Snapjaw along with the Bullsnapper do not count. They are not your battlegroup. So you couldn't fit that all in; just letting you know.
And I do hope that from the reference of,
the damage from 'Spiny Growth' only affects warbeasts and warjacks. It wouldn't ping units. Otherwise I'm not sure how you could possibly take down a unit of those models down in a single activation, especially after taking a full charge from those guys, which would be pretty devastating.Wrong Eye and Snapjaw, along with their Bull Snapper took the charge from a unit of Wolves of Orboros with Unit attachment (Spiny Growth on Snapjaw is really funny) and destroyed the entire unit with no losses. Bronze ~ Death is only the beginning
Spiny Growth does only affect warbeasts and warjacks, but the armour buff still applies. He did fluff quite a few of his to hit rolls, and the damage wasn't enough on any of the models to kill them outright. All the Gator contingent destroyed the Wolves with some really spectacular dice. You are correct, the charge should have been devastating, but fortunately for me, it wasn't. My return combat was a totally different story however.
The original list was 1 point over, so I dropped Ragman. This left me 1 point under.
