    Can you throw a jack that has Fortify on it and then active normally?

    Can Darius crane after the throw and allow him to active normally? Can I Crane after I charge my own guy?

    You can crane to stand the model up after a thrown.

    You cannot crane after a charge. Crane is a *Action which can only be done in place of initial attacks. When you charge you must make a melee attack against the charge target with a melee weapon.

    If the jack was knocked down, and Crane was used on it, then yes, it will stand and be able to activate normally. I will point out, however, that if you had a jack under Fortify (maybe a two caster game), Crane would do nothing on it since it would have not been knocked down in the first place, and the rule I quoted above would apply.

    Since Crane is a Special Action, you cannot use it after a charge.
