What are your thoughts
is it OP/UP or alright?

It has a bit too many abilities for 4 points, and you also did forget to put a P+S. Perfect balance I'd say no way to unless it was amon specific. Chain attack and *Slam? nope, 1 or the other. It's a neat consept with the chain attack, but what roll would it really serve?

I would imagine Amon's personal jack with Perfect Balance would be based on the Devout/Dervish chassis.
