    WARBEASTS
    Cyclops Raider (5)
    Titan Gladiator (8)
    UNITS
    Cataphract Cetrati maxed (11)
    Tyrant Vorkesh (3)
    Venators Reivers maxed (9)
    UA (2)
    SOLOS
    Aptimus Marketh (3)

the cyclops raider and reivers both exhist to take advantage of black spot, the gladiator and cets are typical skorne heavy hitters, and marketh is awesome. im coming from warmachine, so are there any nuances that im missing here?

from what iv read, eHex is about ranged support and Beasts. so basically i added the cannoneer because it is both of those things, i upgraded the gladiator to bronzeback, and i added Krea for utility and its animus.

same questions here as on the 35 pointer.... as a warmachine player building a horde, am i missing anything?

    -Paingiver beast handlers. nuff said.
-Hope you're not planning on putting Ashen Veil on the Cetrati cause Vorkesh makes them immune to it.
-The Gladiator is kind of not a great Arc-node cause it can't rush itself and run. Raider too, cause its not great defensively and it kinda wants to hang back. I recommend a Brute to make 3 beasts, itll help with the fury ehexy wants to burn blasting away... also for his feat, against warmachine.
-Marketh isnt that great unless you have things dying in the front lines... if the cetrati are doing that, something is wrong. and slingers cheaper than venators as throw away shooty units.

I will echo the call for Paingiver Beast Handlers. They're very good, especially if you're running several beasts in a shooting/support role like the Cannoneer, Krea, and Raider. They'll give those beasts a critical boost to melee damage when you need it, and let them boost ranged attack/damage every turn and use their animi without worrying about a Threshold check. The Krea, Cannoneer and Raider are a great combo (especially under eHexy), and Paingivers really let you make the most of them.

I'd also say your 35pt list needs another beast. My experience has been that aggressive melee heavies like a Titan Gladiator that isn't playing support for another heavy tend to die as soon as they get stuck in. They just do too much damage for the opponent to let them live. With only two beasts, you'll be down to the Raider when the Gladiator dies, and that means Hexeris will likely be Fury-starved, and leaching from himself.

As far as what I'd get rid of, I'm not sure. Vorkesh and Marketh are nice, but not necessary for eHexy (unless there is a lot of magic in your meta, in which case Vorkesh might be worth it). They'd get you 6 points if you dropped them, which is enough for a Krea/Drake or Razor worm and a min unit of Beast Handlers.
I'm contributing to a Warmachine/Hordes blog. Here it is: 4+ Tough. I'm posting as pGrexy.
