Unit Leader Special Action + Charging

Just got a unit of Press Gangers and while I have scoured the forums and re-read the Orders section in the rule book I am unclear on:

1.) Unit leader issues a charge order. Does the leader have to charge or only the grunts?
2.) If the grunts attack and the Lass use Seduction in place of her attack?

Basically I want the grunts to charge and the Lass to advance and use Seduction.

Sort of a noobie question but I want to use these guys correctly in an upcoming tourney. Thanks!

If a unit is issued a Charge order then every model in the unit (including the leader and any UA models) must charge or run.
So the Lass will not be able to use *Seduction on a turn that she issued a charge order (since a model that charges must make a charge attack and that will take up her action for that turn).

From memory, the rules are "all models in the unit that are in formation receive the order" and "a trooper that receives a charge order must etc"; and leader models are still trooper models.
