Yep - right there in that second video he outright says we have actually shown all the casters from Gargantuans.

If it is from a playtester, keep in mind they are playtesting stuff for the next several years in various states of development and only pick certain ones to go in the book, and not always what they have been testing the longest.

Remember Domination/Wrath? Where we got 2 new Locks and Warmachine "only" got 1 new Caster. Same with Gargantuans/Collossal. Warmachine will get 1 new (here epicepic) and Hordes will get 2 new (Don't know if epicepic, epic or new)
Than Hordes will still lack 1 Caster/Lock to the Warmachine Factions.

If a staffer says "we have shown you pics of all the warlocks" why don't you believe that staffer? and so far they have spoiled 2 models from each faction, the epic warlocks & new minion warlocks(in art only) and the gargantuans(wip sculpts,art even a pre release mtk) also they said each faction will get s full spread so there will be plenty of surprises in the book. usually there is a beast or 2 a new unit or ua and some solos so there is still plenty plenty plenty. Just no second warlock.......still wheres my dollar which is pennys in british pounds but still

Seeing as we know nothing of the non-Gargantuan (like more character upgrade kits), solos, UAs, and units, I think we're good. We really know nothing about Trollbloods besides Grim2 and the Mt. King.

And I will note, Circle getting just a warlock on a mount is all we got. I don't see folks biting at the bit for something else against hope and cited sources. It'll be fine.

By "catching up" they probably meant taking us back to how far behind Warmachine we were before Wrath/Domination came out (which widened the gap). That being said I'd expect Gargantuans to have about as much content as Domination (minus the second Warlock), maybe a little bit less, given how small Colossals is.

however i seem to remember pp saying in an interview with lost hemisphere or something that they gargantuans would be a full release, with about 7-8 things per faction

Why? What if Borka and Grim go epic instead while the rest of the folks get a 3rd version we would get two awesome second versions. Remember even third version casters are balanced to play against 1st and 2nd version casters right? We could get NO new epics and I'd still be happy, so long as the rules are good.

This (bold text) is actually the bit I'm waiting for most now! I'm literally chomping at the bit for eGrim and his buddies, plus I'm sure I'll get MtK when he's available to the public. What I really want now though...is some sort of Pyg UA, and a light I can channel spells through!

Generic Pyg UA that can attach to either Dygmies or Bushwhackers, call em something like Pyg Specialist, or Pyg Commando. He'll get a bunch of Buff's designed to affect the Pyg unit's he's attached too. Bonus RAT, or possibly damage, maybe a speed buff? FA:2

And some kind of Troll Shaman, a light with a few magic abilities and an Arc-Node. Pretty much sitting pretty after that IMO.

Do you think that we'll really get all that, given that Colossals had a caster and a colossal for each faction, and that's it? Are we that far behind and/or are they really going to work to fully catch us up in just one book?

To which I say: prepare to be disappointed because the evidence cited so far in this thread pretty much points that this isn't the case. In addition, you are at least getting one of the new warlock units, while the other level-2 character is simply another mounted one.

Why so? Several of the epic epics for Warmachine were pretty much just normal casters. On the other hand, eGrim is a UNIT! As far as I am concerned, we got the better end of the deal.

Oh, I think I'm in the opposite camp here. One or perhaps two Storm Trolls is going to get a lot of use in my lists. Since Cygnar is super popular here and almost EVERY ONE of them uses "Lightning lists with Nemo", having some things immune to Lightning and granting immunity to lightning is going to be a dent in their efforts.

What I really want to see though are these Colossal Warlocks you're all talking about. I mean a huge based Warlock/Beast thing. That'd be awesome. (Maybe thats what missing with Mountain King - the third cad with his feat and spell list )

I'm honestly not sure why people are convinced that we're getting a second warlock in the book considering what recent interviews have revealed. Jason Soles was actually sitting behind me at a table in the Iron Arena during the conference at L&L. When it was over, I turned to him, and asked him about the number of warlocks, and he said that there was only one planned per faction EXCEPT for minions, who were getting two.

As for what 'extras' we will be getting in Gargantuans, considering that we know that both Circle and Minions will be getting a new unit, I think it's safe to say that there will be at least one new unit for us.

The problem I have with that plan is that the overwhelming majority of electric effects are low damage infantry sweepers - unless you are really spamming that animus it won't do much but maybe keep you from getting assassinated by Thead - which really isn't super common.

I can't speak for your meta, but you wouldn't believe how much γNemo is being played in mine, atm. The Storm Troll's Animus is great, especially on his feat turn.

I can't wait to see what Epic Grim can do. I play prime Grim all the time - he's one of my favorites!

I would be disappointed if we got an Epic Calandra, unless she was really different than her prime version. Her play-style hasn't really done it for me so far.
