What are your ranger strategies?
Do you keep them far back and then running the leader of the unit near the target and forefitting the other rangers rifle shots? Im curius how to use these models in a good way so please share your insigthts.

Rangers are one of my favorite units for all of Cygnar,Cool models, cool fluff, and even better, super fair price for them (Which in my opinion is not common in Cygnar). I use them as a lone unit supporting any ranged unit i got running around, Brisbane ground pounder, Caines, etc. I never feel bad sacrificing any of them because they knew what they signed up for when they joined up! Also they can run around by them selfs at effective RAT 8, which is nice too. I have them usually in reserves, run in and wipe out a squad.
You don't necessarily need to "run" them per-se; they are usually fast enough to get within range of their target by just walking - remember, theres no use in giving a RAT bonus to guns that aren't in range because chances are if you needed to run at a target to get into range for the buff, your guns would be out of range to hit the target.
Rangers tactics is having them all hide in a bush and then having one poor fella run out with arms flapping, pointing and yelling "there, there they are! Shoot them!".
Don't hate the player, hate the game.
I'm not sure how everyone else uses their Rangers, but I tend to be fairly aggressive with them. Potentially RAT 8 POW 11 guns kill infantry well, and those that have faced them enough would often make them an extremely high target priority.
But then again, I've been known to also be aggressive with things like Jr., which as I understand, many people tend to hide far behind the front lines...
I use Siege and foxhole them when they get close to their target because afterwards what they picked is usually dead.
They're my primary utility and fire support asset on the board. Mainly I park them somewhere relatively out of harmsway but close enough to give my ranged models the RAT bonus, mostly trenchers, long gunners and defenders nearby without pooling precious focus on them to boost to hit. Rangers give me the breathing room to pool more focus on damage output rather than hitting something, even against squirmy factions like Cryx.
I always try to keep rangers in concealment if I can and if I'm feeling ballsy I'll run them up to deal with other units. I had them wear down a unit of Widowmakers on a few occasions and had the gaul to shoot down some Ironfangs.
