Default 50 Point Tourney Winner gets a coloassal of there choice.

Here is my 50 point list. They are allowing reinforcements I currently do not have any. Not sure how many points are the reinforcements but any help here will get me going.

    Mortenebra
Dyrlis since he comes with her
    2 warwitch sirens
    2 stalkers
    2 Slayers
    1 Harrower
    1 bloat thrall
    2 ripjaws
    1 DeathJack

Still new to the game and learning love the game style. My main question is how should i play my List versus all the others since i have only played against 2-3 factions so far any tips or strategic game play will help.

Please be kind and remember I do not know all the abbreviations yet. But would love to win a Kraken Colossal

Im going to be real with you and say that even if people say how to play agains all the stuff out there you will probly still lose if there is someone more experianced then you at this tournament.
Also telling you how to play vs all the other lists/races would take a very long time to wright up.
Aim to have a fun time instead of winning and if you happen to win, then its a bonus.

If I might say one thing here:

ripjaws with morty are pretty bad (IMO) and by pretty bad I mean the worst option available. I did the math and found that for the same price a slayer does more damage. Also, has many more boxes. Put a slayer in or better yet a desecrator. It will make this list super crazy fun against hordes. I work with something very similar for a list when I play morty and my list plays very well. List:

    Morty
    -Deryliss
    -DJ
    -Harrower
    -scavenger
    -2x stalker
    -desecrator
    -slayer

    bloat thrall
    2x necrotech
    5 scraps
    2x WWS

I think that the key components are the:
    stalkers
    desecrator
    harrower
    DJ
    WWS (obviously)

Beyond that I tend to mess with the list from time to time, replacing the scraps, NTs and scavenger with other things. Last game I played I ran a helldiver instead of the scraps and necrotechs. He didn't end up doing much but my enemy did feel extra threat and forced him to leave things in places that weren't great for him.

Reinforcements are always 20% of your army points, so in this case, you could add another 10 points as reinforcements. I'd probably go for 2 Slayers or Reaper and a Stalker.

I recommend that you read the SR2012 rules as well, which can be found on the main website.

I'm with Cursed, if you are new to the game, it is very unlikely you are going to win a tournament. Just have fun and you'll improve gradually.

It badly needs at least one Scavenger. It badly needs to trim some fat like the Bloat and Ripjaws, and finally it needs a player with realistic expectation because frustrations will kill a Mortenebra list faster than any opponent

I will echo what the others are saying. If you are inexperienced and have only played against a few other factions I would take this as a learning and fun tournament rather than getting your hopes up. By all means go for it, and I hope you do well. But unless the other players are at a similar level to you, don't go in expecting to win.

That aside. Is this only a 1 list tournament? If so then Mortenebra tier may not be the best choice to begin with. She is very dependant on getting the right match ups and if you are going in blind you may be better served with the more rounded casters like PDenny, P or E Asphyxious or ESkarre. They can make mostly any army selection work well and do not suffer as badly as mortenebra tier does against non living models and dedicated jack attrition lists.

If your heart is set on Mortenebra, then Lamoron has some excellent advice on his Blog here.

It is all very well telling you what to trade in or out of the list. But we don't know what your collection allows you to field. Or what you would be willing to buy and paint at the behest of a load of internet forum goers :P So I will refrain from telling you what to change until you can give me more info. Typically in a 50 point tournament, the reserves are 10 points. Like I said I don't know what your collection allows, but the general idea is to get something that can make its presence felt on the turn it comes in. I have had a lot of success in other lists with a harrower. Reapers are also quite good at catching out people as they can drag away and murder key support pieces or forward elements like heavy jacks that are looking at a charge next turn.

The thing you need to master with her is to remember that no cryx helljack, with the notable exception of Deathjack, could ever be described as a heavy. You cannot go in fully expecting to play an attrition game as you will lose quite badly. However where she excels is in the manoeuvres game. Jump start and overrun allow your models to angle themselves for some impressive slams and movement tricks. If you can't go toe to toe with something, either slam it directly or knock something else through it. Infantry can't shake and you are stripping resources off your opponent to make his battlegroup shake.

Always have a safe haven for morty. She is on a medium base and clever players will try to ignore your battlegroup entirely and go for the caster. Give her at least 2 large bases to hide behind and some cover/concealment if you can manage it.

Correct. It's cheap (in real money that is) and extremely deadly with Mortenebra. You can load it up with Focus while upkeeping the Spectral Steel you put on it the first round, then cast Overrun with Deryliss on something else and use that to move up the Scavenger 7". Then move up with Mortenebra and cast Terminal Velocity and feat, then send in the Scavenger. You ignore models when declaring a charge. You fly over models and terrain without taking free strikes. You can do four attacks with boosted attacks rolls against living models since you charge for free with Terminal Velocity. These attacks all have either boosted damage or an additional die on damage from finisher if all goes well.

Free Charge: 3d6+7 to hit with Terminal Velocity (with reroll from feat), 3d6+11 damage due to charge (with reroll from feat)
1 Focus: 3d6+7 to hit with Terminal Velocity (with reroll from feat), 3d6+11 damage due to Finisher (with reroll from feat)
1 Focus: 3d6+7 to hit with Terminal Velocity (with reroll from feat), 3d6+11 damage due to Finisher (with reroll from feat)
1 Focus: 3d6+7 to hit with Terminal Velocity (with reroll from feat), 3d6+11 damage due to Finisher (with reroll from feat)

That kills about 80% of all casters in the game unless they've camped two or more Fury/Focus, and half the casters in the game on three Focus (3 Fury makes it a no go though), but wait for the shot to come and keep the Scavenger back where it's safe. With Overrun and Terminal Velocity is can hit a caster that began the round 19.5" away from the Scavenger and VERY few people see that coming.
