Need help vs cryx

Hello im new to Warmachine onlay been playing for about a month, My friend was playing ret and i beat him 5/5 game with my khador army which is a 35 point list with pvlad widow makers berzeker and a mix of other things, But he switched to cryx and he beat me in two games they where close but he still one with some cheep crap that cryxs can do so any tips would help i have. Sorcha and vlad. just need help with troop choices or something THANKS:

Most of it is going to be getting used to your opponent not playing ret anymore because He remembers how to play your Khador, but you aren't familiar with his new toys.

Anti-cryx picks are the AoE and Spray generating effects to counter their high model count and large amount of stealth. Mortars, MoW bombardiers, and grey lords should be given some consideration. Units with large number of attacks increased mat and few bases to deny corpse and soul tokens are also useful. Da Bears and MoW and Doom Reavers when you add in their magic resistance. Assassins and IFP can also get some serious play with their gang and CMA against both cryx infantry and jacks and there significant defensive prowess.

Your number of anti jack measures are going to being increased due to cryx low arm widowmakers are going to be able to effectively kill the chicken walkers that cryx usually runs around with. The only note expect to boost to hit against cryx jacks from non character Khador jacks to compensate for their high def.

As a final warning/note: there really is no cure all against cryx. Their catalog of models is just too broad for something like that. You best bet is to begin formulating strategies for dealing with types of units and themes of list rather than focusing on faction play.
